Black Peppercorns Cracked
1 tlb oil
1 tsp Minced Garlic
4oz Heavy Cream
1 tsp Parsley
Encrust the salmon with peppercorns, sear one side then flip.
Add garlic and the brandy. Burn off 12 seconds and then add cream.
Reduce until thick.
