Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pasta as per directions on box, don't over
cook. In a large pot, melt the butter and add the flour stirring
to remove any lumps. Add the garlic, chicken stock and water and
bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, and add the cheddar cheese.
When the cheese in melted, remove from heat and stir in pasta, and add
the Cajun seasoning. Then stir in the lobster meat. Move the
mixture to either a large casserole or individual serving casseroles and
top with parmesan cheese.
