High School Millennium Celebration - Three of the four Catholic high schools in the Archdiocese of Hartford gathered for a millennium celebration at the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Hartford. Crossroads Magazine interviews seniors from each high school about the significance of the holy year gathering and their role as the first graduating class of the new millennium.

Christmas Stockings for the Poor - Students at Sacred Heart Academy in Hamden filled 200 stockings for the underprivileged children of New Haven. We were there when the students delivered the Christmas stockings.

Feng Shui - A close-up look at this ancient Chinese practice, which advances people's spiritual lives.

Alexis Gordon - In this segment we profile a Northwest Catholic High School senior, who is ranked tenth in her age group by the U.S. Junior Tennis Association.

Episode # 805 - February 4, 2001

Widow/Widowers Club - When a woman from New Haven lost her husband she decided to focus on others instead of herself. She formed the Catholic Widow and Widowers Club of New Haven. They meet once a month at Our Lady of Pompeii Church, and remember their deceased spouses with a Mass every first Friday.

Principal Reads - A principal from St. Francis Xavier school in Waterbury encourages children to read by hosting a reading night for the students and their parents. The hook is that they all come in their pajamas.

Baby Shower - Students from the Rembrook School in West Hartford hosted a baby shower for refugee mothers who have been relocated in this country by the Archdiocese of Hartford's Office for Migration and Refugees.

Hurricane Lamps - Students at Pomperaug High School in Southbury are making Hurricane Lamps as part of their Industrial Arts class -- but this is no ordinary class project. Proceeds from the sale of the lamps are going to help a very sick little boy.
