Pennsylvania Huckleberry (Blueberry) Cake
Crumb Topping

Pennsylvania Huckleberry (Blueberry) Cake

1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1 egg
1½ cups flour
1½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup milk
½ tsp. vanilla
2 cups huckleberries (blueberries)

Cream together sugar and butter. Add remaining ingredients. Pour batter into greased and floured pan. Top with 2 cups huckleberries (blueberries). Sprinkle with crumb topping and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Crumb Topping

½ Cup Sugar
½ Stick Butter
½ Tsp. Cinnamon
½ Cup Flour
 

Mix dry ingredients together and cut in butter until crumbly.
