The group meeting was held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday,
October 4, 2018 at the Office of Radio & Television/WJMJ Radio, 15 Peach
Orchard Road, Prospect, CT. Travel documents, luggage tags and
other information were distributed and discussed. If you were
not able to attend the group meeting your tour packet was mailed via U.S. Priority Mail service with signature confirmation
on Friday,
October 5, 2018.

Airline tickets, Passports,
etc.
Delta has issued all passengers
e-Tickets. You will only need to provide your name and your valid
passport to check-in for your flights. Don't forget to bring your
passport with you on October 23rd. You can't and won't get to
Italy from the U.S.A. without it. Also, please make sure your
passport does not expire for at least 6 months after your scheduled
return date (May 5, 2019).
IMPORTANT -
please remember to pack any prescription
medicines or diabetic supplies
in your CARRY-ON bag.
DO NOT PACK THESE ITEMS IN YOUR CHECKED BAGGAGE!

Airport Transfer Schedule
Please plan to arrive at
your pickup location no later than 15 minutes
prior to departure to allow sufficient time for passenger boarding and
baggage loading.
Neither the tour operator nor its agents are responsible
if you miss your assigned transfer to JFK.
If you are providing your own
transportation to JFK International Airport, please plan to arrive and
check-in with Delta Air Lines (Terminal 4) at least
three (3) hours (2:45 p.m.)
prior to your flight's scheduled departure time.
