The group meeting is scheduled for
2:00 p.m. on
Sunday, September 12, 2010
at a Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite
Catholic Church, 8 East Mountain Road, Waterbury CT. Travel documents, luggage tags and other information
will be distributed and
discussed. If you are not able to attend the group meeting your
tour packages will be mailed to you by Tuesday, September 14, 2010.

Airline tickets, Passports,
etc.
Delta Airlines has issued all
passengers e-Tickets. You will only have to provide your name and
your valid passport to check-in for your flights. Don't forget to bring your passport with you on
September 25. You can't and won't get
to Italy from here (U.S.A.) without it. Also, please make sure your
passport does not expire for at least 3 months after your departure date
(September 25, 2010) from the U.S.A.
IMPORTANT
- please remember to pack any prescription
medicines or diabetic supplies in your CARRY-ON bag. DO NOT
PACK

Airport Motor Coach Transfer Schedule
Please
plan to arrive at your pickup location no later than 15 minutes
prior to departure to allow sufficient time for passenger boarding and baggage
loading.
Neither the tour operator or its agents are responsible if you miss your
assigned coach transfer to JFK.
There is no overnight parking
allowed the the Cathedral of St. Joseph parking lot, nor do we recommend
leaving your vehicle at the commuter parking lots.
If you are providing your own
transportation to JFK International Airport, please plan to arrive and
check-in with Delta Air Lines at least
three (3) hours
prior to your flight's scheduled departure time.
